The Story of Our Name
For as long as we have called this mountain home, a family of hawks has lived alongside us. Whether soaring above the apiary or perched in the tall oaks, they are a constant presence.
We began finding their molted feathers scattered throughout our yard and near the hives—a quiet gift from the sky. It was from these feathers that the idea for our name took flight. Hawk’s Feather Honey™ represents that bond between our mountain land, the creatures that share it, and the liquid gold our bees produce.
